The way your leader keeps changing the rules, means that it's become very difficult to send anything in your direction.

We need signed certificates and all kinds of malarkey included before we can post you.

Seriously, you'd be better off making friends with a Canadian and getting your stuff sent there before having it forwarded on.

Either way, we cannot, any longer, post items to the states.
