Hello CUD-interested parties,

Thanks go to everyone who attended one of the "seaside" shows.

The band enjoyed them immensely;

Especially the two who shared their B&B room after Hastings, with a pigeon.

It had decided to roost in Carl and Gogs' room, and needed to be very calmly persuaded to leave.

They were then woken at around 7.30am by a hungry seagull chick expecting food.

Next up it's Whitby and then a week or so of shows in November....

Speaking of gigs, it's absolutely expected these days that bands pay for the tour with merchandising,

but what to do with unsold stock?

We've been adjusting the ratio of sizes for each design, small, medium, large etc,

but whatever we do, one size is always left unsold at the tour's end.

I asked the folk who print CUD's tees ( https://thisisprintshop.co.uk/ )

They print shirts for all kind of people. They couldn't help.

For CUD, it changes every tour, or is it every design, or every colour?

This tour we've lots of small left, the last tour it was medium and before that loads of XXL were left.

We wondered if CUD fans are all on crazy method-actor style crash diets and/or weight gain regimes!!

In case you've ever wondered, all of CUD tees are designed by members of the band. (except a very few, designed by friends)

Mike used to design quite a few; the very large CUD with drop shadow on blue, the bizarre Iron design.

Mostly, these days it's Carl or William. William designs include the Craft Ale tee,

the very recent Summertime Icecream shirt, Space Invaders from a while back and the Fizzy Pop one.

Carl drew the Number Plates design, Leeds(ish) badge and waht we call The Drum Logo.

(Gogs asked for it to look like keith Moon's bass drum skin)

Anyway..

If you've read this far "well done!". You've earnt the secret that every CUD tee in the Shoppe is very cheap.

There all odd sizes, hence the lengthy preamble..

Best wishes

and happy rummaging!!
