WE ARE THE CUD BAND...

Hope you are all well.

We're all fine, though thoroughly bored.

This week would have been week two of a pretty substantial LEGGY MAMBO celebration tour and as you can probably imagine, touring is something that we truly love.

Things haven't all been bad.

We can all thank Mr Ben Dakin for the amazing book he produced with help, of course, from those gallant pledgers.

If you missed your chance? “Big Silly!!”

We do have a few spare but we're going to let the pledgers enjoy theirs first before we let those slackers get their hands on 'em.

We also got a whole bunch of the playing cards extra; who knows how many stocking fillers a friend might need?

“Stocking filler” reminds me, we should be getting in a bunch of the very popular “Child Of Cud” tees before Christmas. A logistics mix-up meant the whole stock went AWOL some time in March and we've not seen them since, but I have assurances......

People tell me that the cross stitch image of CUD that graces the frontispiece of “100 Views....” is proving very popular.

Well, Michelle eightbitnorth, who made the image and who runs 8bitnorthxstitch

has printed up a whole bunch of greetings cards with the fab piccie on it.

CUD will all be putting in an order too!

Lastly, we here at Tonka's Tryst, have been receiving a steady bombardment of missives from you, the faithful, asking “When? When will Showbiz be on Spotify? (and other digital platforms”

Well. We've been writing, calling and generally haranguing Universal Music, who own the music, for over a year now. More than 20 emails last year alone. We keep getting the promise that it will be done “in a (insert short time period here)”.

I've lost patience. CUD have lost patience.

We're asking all of you to write and ask “When is Showbiz going to be on Spotify?”

It's a very simple task for them to complete.
