Hello each and all,

Summer is meant to be here, but looking through the arrow loops of this bastion of Tonka's Tryst, I see only grey cloud and storm.

Forsooth, it is only barely June, but Sang Dieu, it's chilly.

 I do hear said that warmer times and hotter climes are coming for most of you, and thought CUD might help, in clothing your sunburning body

in style and savoir faire.

CUD Tee shirts are a great way to show where your allegiance lies, like in the story told me by CUD singer Carl's brother, who sunbathing atop Ayers'

Rock, was asked by the only other human for hundreds of miles, "I see you're a CUD fan".

We know you've probably raided the kid's money pig to pay for these  journeys, so with that thought we've decided to make all the CUD textiles

that little bit cheaper throughout June and into July.

They're all marked down to £10.

 

Other news sees CUD ratchetting up the rehearsal routine in advance of September's dates, and more new songs on the horizon too.

Carl is plaguing the others with his idea to tribute the majesty of early Iron Maiden with a cover of "Wrathchild".

Gogs is frothing with excitement after watching Italian rockers Giuda.

William has moved out into the country.

and Michael - guitar nerd alert -  is experimenting with some new guitar technology.

Anyone who scans CUD record sleeve minutiae will know the name of Dave Creffield.

CUD's original sound guy and engineer/producer of many of their greatest recordings is returning to steer the sonics

on CUD's Asquarius tour.
